Document Storage Service

Our Digital Document Storage service offers a way to ensure your wishes are honored after death.  For a one-time fee of $25 per member, PMA will store digital copies of your end-of-life paperwork with your member profile for access by the PMA contracted funeral home of your choice at time-of-death.  You may submit updated documents for storage at no charge.  We prefer you email digital copies of your paperwork.  Otherwise you may mail in paper copies to be scanned by our staff and the original documents will be returned to you.  PMA contracted funeral homes will be able to access your funeral documents at time-of-death to expedite your funeral arrangements.  Up until death, an electronic copy of your documents will be securely held.
